Celebrating the 2025 Aubrey Mitsch Memorial Scholarship Recipient – Sofia DeGrazia

The Aubrey Mitsch Foundation is proud to announce that Sofia DeGrazia has been selected as the recipient of the 2025 Aubrey Mitsch Memorial Scholarship.

Sofia, a Merrimack High School graduate, will be continuing her education this fall at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she will major in Dental Hygiene. Her passion for healthcare, commitment to excellence, and dedication to helping others embody the values that this scholarship was created to honor.

The Aubrey Mitsch Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Aubrey Nicole Mitsch, an Army medic whose compassion, courage, and service left an indelible mark on everyone she met. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to a Merrimack High School senior pursuing a degree in a medical or health-related field—someone who reflects Aubrey’s spirit of selfless service and determination.

Sofia’s achievements extend far beyond this single honor. She has also been awarded several other prestigious scholarships, including:
